These policies apply to product and business inquiries initiated after obtaining information from this website and submitted by phone, email, or another company-approved channel.

• This is a corporate and service-information website. It has no shopping cart, online payment, or automatic renewal.
• We may serve consumers or business customers. B2B purchases, special orders, and cross-border transactions generally require separate written terms.
• If transaction-specific documents differ from this policy, those documents and applicable law control.

1. Requirement submission: The customer provides product type, model/specification, quantity, intended use, budget, and delivery destination.
2. Eligibility review: We may request identity, company, end-use, end-user, and import/export information for supply and compliance assessment.
3. Formal quotation: The quotation will, where applicable, state items, quantity, price, currency, taxes, payment, lead time, validity, and special conditions.
4. Order formation: An order is formed only after written acceptance of a quotation, purchase order, or contract and satisfaction of any agreed deposit or condition precedent.
5. Changes: Changes to model, quantity, destination, or timing require written agreement and may affect price and delivery.

Website images and specifications are illustrative. Transaction documents, physical product condition, and manufacturer information control.

• Quotations may be issued in TWD, USD, or another mutually agreed currency.
• Payment is generally by bank transfer or international wire. Milestones may include a deposit, progress payments, and balance before delivery, as stated in the transaction document.
• Funds must be sent only to a verified company account stated in a formal quotation, invoice, or contract. We will not request payment to an unconfirmed personal account.
• Allocation of remittance charges, intermediary-bank fees, exchange differences, taxes, and refund costs is governed by the transaction document and applicable law.
• Cross-border or high-value transactions may require KYB/KYC, source-of-funds, sanctions, end-use, and transaction-purpose review.

• Taiwan domestic: Delivery may be to an agreed location, customer pickup, or third-party carrier. Method and cost are stated in the quotation or order.
• Cross-border: Delivery may reference Incoterms® 2020 and will allocate exporter, importer, carrier, customs, insurance, taxes, and destination responsibilities.
• Lead time: Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery dates are good-faith estimates and may be affected by suppliers, sailing schedules, customs, inspection, weather, or force majeure.
• Documents: We provide invoices, packing lists, transport documents, or other agreed materials as applicable. Certification documents are provided only when they actually exist and apply.
• Receipt inspection: The recipient should check quantity, appearance, packaging, and visible damage and note exceptions on the delivery receipt. Latent defects should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
• Title and risk: Transfer under the transaction documents and applicable delivery terms.

Before order formation

An inquiry may be withdrawn before formal written acceptance. If inspection, documentation, transport, or other costs have already been incurred at the customer's request, they will be handled under the prior agreement.

Confirmed standard-product orders

Cancellation or change must be requested in writing and accepted by us. If no upstream commitment or shipment has occurred, we will reasonably assist. Documented sourcing, preparation, logistics, payment, and administrative costs may be deducted to the extent legally permitted and previously disclosed.

Special-order and cross-border goods

Customized, specified, specially imported, registered, licensed, customs-cleared, shipped, or non-restorable goods may be excluded from ordinary returns by law or clear advance agreement. Any non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee must appear in the transaction document and applies only where legally permitted.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective goods

For incorrect items, shortage, transit damage, or suspected defects, contact us promptly and generally within seven calendar days after receipt with the order record, photos/video, and issue description. We will arrange review and, based on responsibility and applicable law, provide repair, replacement, completion, allowance, or refund.

Taiwan distance-sale consumers

If a future transaction qualifies as a distance sale under Taiwan law, statutory rescission rights and reasonable exceptions are handled under the Consumer Protection Act and related rules. This website currently does not complete online sales.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within fourteen business days after returned-product inspection, receipt of required documents, and confirmation of the amount, using the original or agreed method. Bank and cross-border settlement timing may vary.

• The warranty provider, duration, mileage, parts, labor, territory, and claim procedure must be stated in the quotation, warranty document, or contract.
• A manufacturer or third-party warranty is administered by that warrantor under its terms. We will assist with contact and documentation only within the agreed scope.
• General website descriptions do not create an additional Xinbei Dianmo warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
• Normal wear, consumables, accident, racing, misuse, failure to maintain, unauthorized modification, external conditions, or causes beyond the responsible party's control may be excluded.
• Warranty claims should include proof of purchase, product/vehicle identification, mileage, maintenance records, and images of the issue.
• Where a written warranty applies to U.S. consumer goods, its terms will be available before sale as required by applicable federal and state law. This policy does not waive non-waivable implied warranties or remedies.

2. We aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days and provide an initial outcome or request for additional information within ten business days. For complex matters, we will provide an estimated timeline.
3. The parties should first attempt good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes follow the court, arbitration, or other procedure stated in the transaction contract.
4. Unless otherwise agreed, Taiwan law governs these website terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

We are developing the U.S. market but do not guarantee that a Taiwan- or other-market-specification vehicle can be imported, registered, or operated on U.S. roads. Any quotation is subject to advance review of:

• Whether on-road motorcycles and equipment comply with applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and NHTSA certification/labeling requirements.
• Whether the vehicle, engine, and emissions comply with EPA requirements and have applicable declarations or conformity documentation.
• Who will act as importer of record and whether a Registered Importer or Independent Commercial Importer is required.
• HS-7, EPA Form 3520-1, customs, duties, state registration, insurance, dealership, and product-liability requirements.
• Whether VIN, model year, end-use, and end-user satisfy export-control, sanctions, and transaction policies.

Information collected

When you contact us by phone or email, we may receive name, company, title, phone, email, inquiry content, transaction information, and compliance information. Hosting may generate IP, browser, device, time, and basic security logs.

Purposes

We use information to answer inquiries, assess transactions, prepare quotations and contracts, perform obligations, provide after-sales support, protect against fraud and security threats, conduct KYB/KYC, comply with law, audit, and resolve disputes.

Sharing and cross-border processing

We do not sell personal information. When necessary, information may be provided to suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, banks, professional advisers, technology providers, or authorities and may be processed across borders.

Retention and rights

Information is retained for business, contract, tax, legal, and dispute needs and then deleted or de-identified. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion at jk168899@kennf168.com. We may verify identity first.

Cookies

The site currently has no advertising tracking, user account, or online checkout. Hosting and essential technical services may still use records necessary for security or functionality.
